The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was traveling through. I decided I wanted a salad bar. It was an hour before close and everybody was very accommodating. However, I have been eating Mazzio’s for a long time and I feel like the pizza has changed.

Well first of all we had a large order placed for a soccer party for Saturday at 11:30 over the weekend, and we showed up nothing was written down or maybe. The manager was on vacation and we were told. It was pretty embarrassing to walk with the whole soccer team and all the parents to wait when we nearly dropped over $130 in food! Between the 3 people on shift they had everything out so fast!! I was so happy! Hillary is the one who corrected all this and took care of our situation on Saturday. She was so deeply embarrassed and disappointed that her boss didn't leave her with any information. As there were about 20 people to serve between parents and children.

Never got my pizza or cinnamon sticks. Didn't notice it cause we got salad bar. Final we went up and they had given it to some else. They said will make another. Ask them to put in to go box. Brought to table, no box. They took it back. Never got it, went back up. It was laying at the register for every tom and harry could breathe and cough on it. Finally got it boxed, still no cinnamon sticks. Silverware was dirty had to clean with hand cleaner to eat. Everytime we try to eat there again, you drop the ball.

Wings are good, but was upset order a small pizza, two other family got there after us and they got their food 1st and we still waiting, place smells a little weird, we from California, never again, lady seemed rude & lazy! Gave pur pizza to someone else. 1st time and last

The girl on register is slow & she has worked there for at least 2 months. But the delivery driver Katie made up for the wait when she came in. She was very pleasant & helpful... She needs a raise lol!
Got home and see that they gave us the wrong pizza. They had us return the wrong pie. Why? Did they sell it? Makes me worry. They gave us the cold pizza that was ordered an hour before. I'm pretty unhappy

We came in at 8:20 to eat on cruise night, on a Saturday night. The female behind the counter informed us that the lobby closed at 9 and that we needed to order online then pick it up through the drive thru. When we said we’d order inside, wait for it and take it home, she got a bigger attitude. Just as we were getting our order, my daughter walked in to use the restroom. That apparently set the female employee off again because she locked the door while my daughter was inside alone and started flaring her arms while speaking to a male employee. There is no need for ridiculous customer service like this!

The last 2 times I've ordered spaghetti to pick up I get their and they haven't even started it yet!!! The first time I had to wait 15 min this time I had to wait 10 min. If I wanted to wait I would dine in!!! The first excuse was it was printed on back of receipt and they didn't see it. This time they didn't even offer an excuse. Not happy. Cheezies food isn't as good but at least they don't mess up my order. That's where I'll go for now on. I know y'all don't care cause you can't even pay someone's check with the money I spend their a month. But it'll make me feel better
