The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was traveling through. I decided I wanted a salad bar. It was an hour before close and everybody was very accommodating. However, I have been eating Mazzio’s for a long time and I feel like the pizza has changed.
Well first of all we had a large order placed for a soccer party for Saturday at 11:30 over the weekend, and we showed up nothing was written down or maybe. The manager was on vacation and we were told. It was pretty embarrassing to walk with the whole soccer team and all the parents to wait when we nearly dropped over $130 in food! Between the 3 people on shift they had everything out so fast!! I was so happy! Hillary is the one who corrected all this and took care of our situation...
The girl on register is slow & she has worked there for at least 2 months. But the delivery driver Katie made up for the wait when she came in. She was very pleasant & helpful... She needs a raise lol!
