Everytime I got to the drive thru....I sit there for a long time before anyone even acknowledges that I'm there. I don't mind waiting but at least acknowledge your customer
We stopped at Mazzios on our roadtrip. The food was fine, the place was absolutely deserted. The prices were ok. Definitely not a place I’d make a special trip to but they accommodated my rowdy kids & fed our stomachs.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. I was traveling through. I decided I wanted a salad bar. It was an hour before close and everybody was very accommodating. However, I have been eating Mazzio’s for a long time and I feel like the pizza has changed.
