Strange visit. Ordered with app and first lane pushed thru 4 cars before I could be handled being second in line. Between server chatting with car ahead of me stalling service. That aside. The patties for double cheese burgers seemed dry and overcooked. Left me wondering how old they were. Sadly this was a less than exciting visit to what is normally a strong consistent product offering no matter where you go. May be worth a quality control review.
The young lady who works drive-thru on evenings (I think her name is Athena) is easily the best employee I've encountered in a fast food establishment. I do much driving and have gone through many drive-thrus in recent years, locally and nationwide. She is a shining example of the level of excellence to which others in customer service should aspire.
This specific location is one I use mostly , I love how abundant the fries are and everything seems to consistently be fresh. One downfall is the menu prices continue to rise due to our struggling economy but the app tends to counteract and alleviate the impact.
