I think it’s a massive insult to have your customers come in and order their food and ring it up. When you try to order something and something comes with it that you don’t want the system will not let you proceed until you pick something it forces you to order something you don’t want and then you ask the lady at the front desk to make sure that you don’t get charged for it and she says you’ll have to order something else. We can’t make it not charge you for something you don’t want.
I asked the lady behind the desk if she could ring me up in person since the computer was messing up my order and she proceeded to say no the computer is not working after she locked her screen, which was a blatant lie.
The food I ordered, looked absolutely nothing in size wise that it did on the menu screen it looked much larger than when it came out of the kitchen.

Stopped at this location for a brief bite of lunch. This location has gone completely to kiosk ordering so someone had to help us navigate the new menu. Food was just okay. This is a small restaurant so groups larger than four would have to split across multiple tables.

I live in okc but travel to Henryetta often and this is the only Taco Bell I eat at. Every tbell in the city is poorly run and the food is not very good. This location is always clean, food is fresh, and the workers are friendly. Keep up the good work!
