Worse burger I've ever gotten at a Braums. Everyone in front of counter was standing around talking. The young girl did come and take our order. By the time it was played for and we turned around to get drinks our order was ready. So that tells me it was premade. French fries were barely warm. Cheese on burger was ice cold. Should have sent it back. But hadn't eaten and was feeling it. This was at Braums in Hugo Oklahoma on sunday between 11 and 12. The tables were dirty. My husband said men's room was filthy.

This location was pretty good at one time, but unfortunately, that's no longer the case. Last time we were there, a customer had a spill, and when the elderly lady brought it to an employees attention, she told the customer they were busy (they weren't)and to clean it up herself and she wasn't nice about it to say the least. The customer gathered up her granddaughter and left. Then, several of the employees stood around badly, mouthing her to the whole store. 🙄

Cheap, fast and delicious fast food. They have fresh and nice size salads for a cheap price. They have great breakfast also! The older lady that takes the orders most of the time is very friendly which makes the mornings better! They also offer fresh produce in the store. Better ice cream than Sonic!

Has automatic electric front door with wheelchair accessible ramp into parking lot. Restrooms have doors which open outwards, meaning one not likely to get trapped. Hallway to restroom a bit tight. Has excellent crinkle French fries & drive thru. Located across from library.

Being from iowa we don't have these in my area. I really like the layout, the selection, and the prices. The person waited on me was very patient , And jovial. the ice cream boat, I guess you'd call it, Was huge, tasty, and very affordable. Wish we had some in iowa
