Went there late on Dec 13th ordered strips. I got a eye roll a tisk and a "we out uh strips" the young lady behind the counter barked at me. So I ordered nuggets with fries and Gravy. Food was hot and seemed fresh. Gravy bowl was in the top of the box over the loose fries in the box. In the other end of the box was the nuggets. I was driving so decided not to use the gravy. We stopped at KFC in Hugo. They are under new management. The place was really clean and food was good , Joyce and Spannman approved
I just ordered an 8 piece meal. I requested no wings. I wasn't asked what to replace them with but I told them thighs. I got charged for breasts. however when I got home there was only 1 breast 2 thighs 2 drumsticks and 2 wings. Also the 2 mashed potatoes were only half full and runny. More than half the chicken also had no skin on them. The biscuits were not as good as they are normally either and just tossed in a small box any which way.
