Thought I wanted chicken till it took a while for them to acknowledge my car as I was pulling away I heard a voice on the intercom I told her I thought they were closed for labor day she said no ma'am were open 365 days a year I didn't pay attention to the rest as I didn't ask all that I just didn't feel it was safe to eat there at that point won't be going back and I believe they prefer no customers anyhow sad cause I love kfc just not in Hugo...

My husband got use dinner tonight. It was fresh and so good. The staff was friendly and explained to my husband the items he wanted was an online order. It all worked out and was good

They have on Tuesday 8pc for $10 but if u order 8 pc and not mention there Tuesday special which is clearly on there windows you’ll get charged full price.

Food was mediocre. Grossly understaffed. 66% of the staff was smoking outside when we pulled into the drive thru. Fries, sauce packets, and forks were ordered but not received until I had to go in multiple times to get everything. I was repeatedly cut off when I was trying to order. We were the only people there and we could clearly see why after the fact.

The service is not good we have been standing in line for 10 mins and all the employees are walking around staring at us and not taking orders there’s already 5 people in line in front of me that’s been waiting longer dont come here if your looking for fast because it’s slow

My husband and I went in on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 for lunch. When we entered there was a lady and kid waiting to pick up their order through an app. She showed me on her phone the order was ready but no one was waiting on her. As we stood in line in front of the cash register no one came to the front. No one said hello. No one looked at the front but continued to talk and laugh amongst themselves. At this time KFC was not busy. One customer was eating along the window and one customer in the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave and go to McDonalds. Store is old and dirty!

Worst place ever. Took 45 minutes for simple order. And then messed that up with wrong food. They need management help. Screaming and yelling at each other in kitchen. The lady who took our order was nice. And that is the only nice thing I have to say for our experience.
Placed a mobile order at 430pm. Confirmation said 5pm pick up. Arrive at 5pm to pick up and get told the order was just dropped to start cooking 2 minutes ago. Had to wait an additional 20 minutes for food that should have been ready to go when we arrived. When dinally receiving the food, the employee laughed and said, "At least you only had to wait an extra 20 minutes." It's not funny and is really irritating when you expect food to be ready upon arrival. Makes sense why the parking lot was empty. Oh, and let's not forget the 2 other families who arrived after us to also pick up their mobile order that wasn't ready. It doesn't matter that the food was alright when the service really sucked. Huge disappointment.

This is the WORST KFC that I ever been to. Corporate kfc / Pepsi Taco Bell please help! The outside lights are never on so it looks like a bad five night gets at Freddy’s place as soon as the sun goes down. Stopped in 2 hours before close and they said” just to be honest with you, we have no fresh fried chicken, just stuff that’s pretty old And I wouldn’t eat it just being honest “ And we don’t have any nuggets or specials at this time…. Someone please help get us some fried chicken in Hugo!!
