During my recent visit via the drive-thru, I ordered a three-piece chicken strip meal with mashed potatoes and a beverage. Upon reaching the pick-up window, the employee I interacted with exhibited a noticeably discourteous demeanor. This unprofessional conduct detracted significantly from the overall customer experience. It is disappointing when service staff fail to uphold basic standards of politeness.
Not only was the customer service lacking, but because it took 15 minutes to cook tenders, I went inside after being asked to pull up at the drive-thru.
What I saw in there was shocking, the floor in the kitchen was trashed and flour was scattered all over the floor in a 10 square foot area. Also the floor under the shelving at the FOH POS was littered with trash and food.
It was disgusting.
I hope this feedback prompts a review of customer interaction training and a visit from the local health inspector.

Had to wait and when it was my time to order the person taking the order gets interrupted and they start figuring out if they have enough chicken now mind you this is at lunch

Went there late on Dec 13th ordered strips. I got a eye roll a tisk and a "we out uh strips" the young lady behind the counter barked at me. So I ordered nuggets with fries and Gravy. Food was hot and seemed fresh. Gravy bowl was in the top of the box over the loose fries in the box. In the other end of the box was the nuggets. I was driving so decided not to use the gravy. I ate the nuggets and some fries and noticed one lone nugget under the fried, under where the gravy was. I thought "Bonus Nugget", picked it up popped it in my mouth and chewed it up and swallowed it. As I swallowed it I noticed a tart, acidy taste in my mouth. It was too late it was gone. thought it was odd but blew it off till 3:00 AM when I woke up mid vomit. I projectile vomited in the bed, the wall and floor. I then threw up 3 more times after I got to the bathroom. I spent the next 2 days in bed too weak to do much more than go to the bathroom and get sick again, This was my second bad experience at this store. When I shared with my local Hugo friends what happened they all said "You never go to KFC, Those people will try to kill you, That is why they are bringing back the buffet, so they don't have to close the store". I for one will never go back to this store if it were the last place to eat out in Hugo, I'll cook for my self or starve.

Even when they were down to one fryer, the staff made sure to ensure good customer service!
I like Tuesdays, especially fir the $10 bucket of chicken. The extra crispy version of the chicken is spot on.

I love KFC but I came thru the Hugo OK location and I asked for a minute so I could scan the menu and they had me park in the parking lot! I get it if they was busy but there wasn’t a single customer there, so I had to download the app so I could look at the menu and it wasted more of my time than it should have cause it probably wouldn't have taken me even a minute to know what I wanted!

We ordered the Orginal Honey BBQ chicken, and it was amazing! The workers were very nice and polite, made sure we had everything we needed, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant.

Chicken was fabulous, the restaurant looks under construction, servers were friendly and polite, but had to wait quite a while for food to cook. Overall still happy

Thought I wanted chicken till it took a while for them to acknowledge my car as I was pulling away I heard a voice on the intercom I told her I thought they were closed for labor day she said no ma'am were open 365 days a year I didn't pay attention to the rest as I didn't ask all that I just didn't feel it was safe to eat there at that point won't be going back and I believe they prefer no customers anyhow sad cause I love kfc just not in Hugo...

My husband got use dinner tonight. It was fresh and so good. The staff was friendly and explained to my husband the items he wanted was an online order. It all worked out and was good

They have on Tuesday 8pc for $10 but if u order 8 pc and not mention there Tuesday special which is clearly on there windows you’ll get charged full price.
Food was mediocre. Grossly understaffed. 66% of the staff was smoking outside when we pulled into the drive thru. Fries, sauce packets, and forks were ordered but not received until I had to go in multiple times to get everything. I was repeatedly cut off when I was trying to order. We were the only people there and we could clearly see why after the fact.

The service is not good we have been standing in line for 10 mins and all the employees are walking around staring at us and not taking orders there’s already 5 people in line in front of me that’s been waiting longer dont come here if your looking for fast because it’s slow

My husband and I went in on Wednesday, November 27th, 2024 for lunch. When we entered there was a lady and kid waiting to pick up their order through an app. She showed me on her phone the order was ready but no one was waiting on her. As we stood in line in front of the cash register no one came to the front. No one said hello. No one looked at the front but continued to talk and laugh amongst themselves. At this time KFC was not busy. One customer was eating along the window and one customer in the drive thru. We waited 10 minutes and decided to leave and go to McDonalds. Store is old and dirty!
