I ordered a pizza online in Hugo, and at the window I was Accosted by the not so nice employee. They closed at 9pm. And I must of ordered too close to closing time. I am from out of town and was informed, harshly their closing time. She continued to inform me that I “in the future” should make better choices. $40 - I finally got my pizza. I love the buffet at this Simple Simon's, and the staff is very friendly and professional. I have never used the delivery service, so I can not give an opinion on that... I have dined in before, and it was clean, but I got two orders to go this last visit.

When I first walked in for the lunch buffet just after the main rush, there wasn’t a single clean table, which bothered me. But before I could get my salad, tables were being cleaned. The salad bar was modest in variety, but adequate, and kept well stocked. There was a steady flow of fresh pizzas, calizone, etc. And Sandra made several rounds through the dining area to clean tables and check in on everyone. She went above and beyond to keep the place clean, and turned what would have been a mediocre experience into a great one.

They just don't keep enough variety or pizzas period on their lunch buffet..... It's lunchtime in a small town, but, you still need more than two pizzas at a time and cook something besides pepperoni and chicken bacon ranch....

I stop by here almost weekly when I'm going through Oklahoma. Beautiful state btw. Anyway, this place is great. They always have plenty on the buffet, I just wish I didn't need two hands to eat it. I'll see y'all soon though.

I got a "Calzone " hadn't had 1 in years and it was excellent I got supreme,definitely won't wait so long to go back,the only thing they do not give you marinara anymore you have to buy it the Calzone was 17.11 with tax then marinara wasc.80 for 1,,,kinda ridiculous I thought.The girl was very nice at the drive through.

For the price should definitely be better… $10 delivery fee and it’ll take an hour to get there even though I’m down the street at lowery … do not call they don’t wanna take you order… order online…. All desserts will be burnt… delivery drivers are usually sweet tho
