Some folks do NOT take pride at subway in making sandwiches they don't put everything on them you pay for and don't really listen to us when you go thru drive thru they just hurry up and get it out regardless what's on it and what it looks like you end up wearing half the sandwich before it's done with so come on folks take pride in what you are doing please the customers and more will come back

The Hugo location has improved dramatically since its change of ownership. The facility is clean, the employees are very nice and friendly, and the food is great. My only complaint is the fact that we get coupons in the mail, and they won't accept most of them. There are great deals, but if we can't use them, it will potentially limit visits.

I had ordered online, and was contacted by someone at the store saying they didn’t have bowls. Okay, no problem, refund my money. I still have yet to hear anything from Subway Corporate or this store here in regards to my money they took, but couldn’t provide a product. If the reverse had happened, I would be charged with theft.
