Went through the drive thru & the lady that took our order was new & you could tell. She did an excellent job & even read the order back correctly the 1st time.
Soft taco cold. Nacho fries stale and cold. Sevice about same as food. Cheese sauce was warm.

Rancid taco shells....4th time this has happened. They've been told and still sell food that literally burns your mouth tissue not from spiciness but from rancid fat in the taco and tostada shells. It's bitter and foul tasting but with the salsa and cheese etc, if you're hungry then you likely don't notice until 3 or 4 bites in. Stomach turning.

We visited at approx 2pm. There was only a few customers besides us. There was small amounts of food stuff on the floors. The food was vastly more expensive than what the quality was worth. Food very bland. No onions, no cilantro and only salsa was in squeeze packs. I used to buy the nacho bell grande and did this time. The amount of food and limited toppings were very disappointing.
