How do u charge 2.50 for a cup of ice after I've ordered a 20 PC. In pieces, the saddest display of a drum stick wit mostly all stick no meat . This isn't the first time won't be do it again for 53 dollar

This is one of the worse KFC I have ever been at. The dining room was closed and we watched as several people walked up to the door to find locked , not sign or anything. Drove through drive through and ordered. Of course our order was not right . We ordered white meat meal , got thigh n leg one mashed potatoes n one fries. ??? DONE WITH THAT !

What happened to kfc sandwich portions? Their sandwiches are noticeably smaller than other chains. And oh boy is the food salty. But it’s what you would expect for chicken fast food I guess. There are other options out there who do a better job/better value.

An all time low tonight, no change for a $20.00, cashier gave the customer in front of me her money back. Cashier said they did not have a bank. Service was poor, food was cold, definitely need someone in charge. Never have heard the "mandatory " greeting any time I have been in there. Have a chicken restaurant in Broken Bow, but like to buy local. There was an employee? making his food in slides and not in uniform with several orders. May be time to go somewhere else.

Not the friendliest staff and was not the cleanest place. Chicken tasted good, potatoes were cold. We asked for bbq dipping sauce for strips and didn't get it. Went to the counter and asked again and she said, we don't have none.

Food wasn't very good. Chicken tasted funny ( maybe cooked in old oil?) Mac n cheese was bland and watered down. Bought 12 piece, got 4 legs, 1 thigh, 3wings, and 4 breasts. Spent over 50$ and they were out of most condiments. Honey, bbq, honey mustard, ....it was stifling hot in there. On a good note, the employees were very friendly and pleasant.

Shut this place down! I’ve been there 3 times and every time I go they say “sorry we are out of chicken it will be an hr or two to thaw and make”….That’s all you sell, why are you open if you can’t sell your product. Then I started to ask the girl..”why are they always out… don’t even get to finish the question!!!! She replied “You can Just F-ing leave! You don’t have to F-ing eat here” I was blown away!!!! It was a simple question and I got such an unprofessional, EXTREMELY OFFENSIVE answer in front of my wife and child! Save yourself time and headache and just drive to the chicken express in Broken Bow friendly staff and great service.
