KFC is a fast-food restaurant that serves chicken sandwiches and bowls. The restaurant has recently improved, with a clean interior and friendly staff. Customers have praised the helpfulness of employees and the hot, fresh food. Despite some past issues with cleanliness and limited menu options, the store has made positive changes and offers good service. The portions of KFC sandwiches are smaller compared to other chains, and the food can be salty. The restaurant sometimes struggles to keep up with orders, and the lobby may be locked, which can be inconvenient for customers. Overall, the atmosphere is much better now, making it a place worth visiting again.
