The worst service I've seen there was one car in the drive thru we ordered inside on the kiosk we walked around while one employee looked at us but never stopped playing on her phone few Mins later another employee came out the restroom but never addressed us almost 15 minutes later a male employee came to the front register to take our order which we told him we had ordered along time ago. They screwed up the order first. Once we got what we had ordered, the food was... Ok. The lobby wasn't open. We felt like the staff was inconvenienced by our having pulled into the drive through.
