The food was good, but there's just not enough staff. There were only two staff members on shift when I went in, and it was mid-day. That said, they were friendly, and the restaurant was clean.
They're usually out of the speciality items like nacho fries, which was very disappointing but what really made me mad was the time they were out of spicy potatoes and they replaced it was just plain bean dip and didn't even tell me very disappointed to find out when i already got all the way back home
They screwed up the order first. Once we got what we had ordered, the food was... Ok. The lobby wasn't open. We felt like the staff was inconvenienced by our having pulled into the drive through.
