I understand that they are short staffed and ordering and receiving food is slow but what I DO NOT UNDERSTAND is not giving us marinara when we ordered 2small mozzarella sticks or napkins when we were given our tunovere before the mozzarella sticks were ready. My shake was order no whipped but with choclate drizzle. The sad part is where I had to go to the bathroom to get my son and I paper towels to have something to wipe our hands and face with that lack of follow through is just unacceptable. Also everything is placed as Togo without napkins.. SMH

My husband and I just walked into an empty arbys, to stand in line for over 2 minutes, three workers all looked at us, and turned their back to us without even so much as a Hello. Nothing. Not a single word. Literally the worst restaurant in existence. I thought the goal was selling food?? But hey, mabbey it's just me. Needless to say, we won't EVER be back. Good luck running a business like that

I don't know who does this. When someone orders a meal and asks for it to be large sized. I asked for the drink to be a water a large water. I get up to get my stuff and lady hands me a small water. I said I wanted a large water. She proceeded to tell me no that she didn't charge me for the drink therefore I get a small water. I proceeded to explain that I ordered the meal which comes with a drink. She said she rang it up her way because it made it cheaper. Not true either paid more and got less and not what I ordered.

We stopped by and got a single good burger meal, we we having fun because it’s the good burger promo, but the woman that help was rude as could be and not up to any customer service jobs. She should be fired or moved to somewhere else. And after I get to my house to eat, the burger was completely raw and I just threw it away. The shake was awesome tho.

It's Arby's I like the gyros quite a bit. And the teller at the window is always nice.
Service was terrible could not order because they wouldn't take my $100... Then I told them to just cancel and they brought my food up and manger says he didn't want it because we didn't have change and manger said not problem... It's not the mangers fault they couldn't serve a costumer!!! Pathetic ?

We planned on tacos for dinner but the place across the street had no AC so we came here. AC super cold in dining room on a 105° day. Service was extremely slow, even though we were only ones here. Drive thru was busy at 4:30 pm. Marketfresh buffalo chicken wrap was tasty but almost too spicy for me. Husband enjoyed 2 for $7 sandwiches. Food was hot, order was accurate.Vegetarian options: Only thing vegetarian is the potato.

I have been getting Arby’s with my grandpa for as long as I can remember. Todays beef & cheddar was great as always. Place was clean, a/c working on this hot day, and friendly, quick service.If only there wasn’t a surcharge for the blueberry lemonade- I’m sure it’s awesome
