Rubicon had a couple tables inside but it looked like people just waited in their cars for their food to be ready probably because the restaurant smelled strongly of bbq. You order at the front and it takes about 30-40mins and they tell you this in advance. We probably should have called or order in but it was our first time. First off, the young lady that took my order was super cute and positive! I'd be proud if that was my daughter! I had the brisket potato, Boombastic! I'm going back to try the other meats and then the sandwiches. I love the little " hole in the wall " feel. This was a gem hidden in a new city for me.
