Rubicon had a couple tables inside but it looked like people just waited in their cars for their food to be ready probably because the restaurant smelled strongly of bbq. You order at the front and it takes about 30-40mins and they tell you this in advance. We probably should have called or order in but it was our first time. We got the 2 meat potatoe with brisket and bologna. It came with a small side salad with ranch dressing already on it, 1 piece of bread and the potatoe was smothered with bbq sauce and 5 thin slices of cheese. They gave you a good portion of meat on top of the potato. It was good and big enough to share with someone!

I had been calling since 6:15pm to place an order (6 times), because typically when I do place an order they’re 20 - 30 minutes out. No one never answered the phone, so I drove all the way to Jenks pass my house in downtown Tulsa only to arrive to a sign in the door that said SOLD OUT!The employees could have answered and just stated that they were sold out of potatoes and I could’ve saved a trip and got my children something else to eat. Very disappointed!

So I ordered everything on the side of my chicken baker, because I eat in a calorie deficit and add my own butter/sour cream. My husband did not, and he wasn't so crazy about his potato. I feel like they should disclose there is a creamy Italian dressing or something of the sort on the potato. Also, upon presentation, it could do without the piece of processed cheese on the top. The flavor doesn't add to the potato which is actually delicious and so is the chicken. The potato is soooo good with chicken and I usually don't like shredded chicken. I couldn't give this a fair review, because of the dressing on the potato. Nor could I give it a fair review for service because the potatoes were cooked and it was a 25 minute wait. There wasn't really a vibe. Lots of pick up orders I'm guessing. I'm assuming that's why our order took so long, call in ahead. Truly give this place if you live in Jenks. Just keep in mind the dressing on the potato.

We are from out of town and wanted a quick BBQ place to eat at before going to the aquarium down the road. We seen this place pulled in and it was such a great decision!! The people were so nice and welcoming and the food was absolutely delicious! Every time me and my fiancé come back to Tulsa we will eat here!!

I saw pictures of the food here and couldn't tell what I was looking at so obviously I had to have it. First of all, the amount of food they give you is irresponsible. They must be using the world's largest potatoes or something because these boxes are FULL and HEAVY. We should have just shared one! Inside the box is potato mountain topper with tons of barbecue sauce, cheese, and ??? Who knows what else. I got hot links on mine and I'm not sure they added a ton to the experience, there was so much other stuff going on they sorta got lost. It's messy and saucy and and smoky and filling and so dang good. The salad and toast were also pretty great! The woman at the counter was funny and helpful and we had a pretty good time.
