Wanna give zero stars but it’s not allowing that! Been calling and calling but no one will answer ! They put pickles on my grandson’s burger tonight after being told at the time order was placed - No Pickles!!! Well he was choking like crazy! Turned so red- couldn’t breathe!!! The pickle got caught in his throat!!!! Thank God for stepping in and causing him to vomit that stringy pickle loose after a couple minutes of the SCARIEST MOMENTS OF HIS PARENTS LIFE!!! And his life!!! Don’t you know people order their food without certain items for a reason!!! ????!!!!!!

Manager wanted to argue with me that I didn't pay for my food when I clearly did. Tried to make me pay again and had an awful attitude when trying to figure out the problem. This place literally has the rudest staff at any McDonald's I've ever visited and that's saying something. The fries were old, cold, and unsalted. The nuggets were overcooked. The bathrooms had no soap, which isn't a reassuring fact about the people cooking your food. The hand dryers also didn't work. There were at least five staff members taking a break or having a meeting, all monopolizing separate tables, leaving few for actual customers.
I have very low standards for a McDonald's and this place didn't even come close. Edible food and staff who aren't openly rude won't be found here.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and two hash browns thru the mobile app. I was told at the drive thru to pull forward to space 1 because they were waiting on gravy. I tried to explained my order did not have gravy. They cut me off and told me to pull ahead anyway. I sat there for over ten minutes as cars came and went. A manager came out with an order that was not mine. As she was returning o the restaurant, I said “Excuse me, can you….” The female manager cut me off, never made eye contact, said yes and disappeared inside to never return. I could not go inside as I had an anxious dog with me. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times. No one answered. Finally after 20 minutes, the drive thru employee came out and I was able to ask him for my order. He delivered it a couple minutes later without a word…..no thank you, no apology for the wait. By this time, breakfast had been over for 15 minutes. My food was old and cold. The cheese slice was not even the least bit melted. I wasn’t going to eat the food so I called McDonald’s to request a refund since the restaurant management refused to communicate. It’s been a week….no refund, no communication. Horrible management at this location!

Every single time I come here even if just for beverages I have to pull up and wait . Also always out of something. Last time I went into lobby the drink fountain was trashed with dead flies .

Horrible food and when the worker came out dropped are cups off the tray and said oops gave us a dirty look and walked away and you have to ask for any sauces up front there is no dispenser and everything is dirty
