I've been to this McDonald's during the day a few times. For the most part, staff is super friendly. There has been a couple of times that my order was wrong, but the person taking the order was new. No big deal. It happens. I went late for the first time. Around midnight. It wasn't busy. Two cars in the drive-thru ahead of me. Seemed like a long wait. I wasn't really watching the time, but it just seemed like we had been sitting there a long time. We finally get outlr order taken. The man taking our order is struggling to get our order right. He finally gets pretty close and I tell him that's it. We get to the window to pay and he says 'you're good.' I'm confused. What do you mean? I still need to pay. He's like oh, okay and takes my card. Get to the other window and female manager asks me what's on my order. I start to tell her and before I can get it out, she slams the window and walks off. She comes back obviously angry and shoves a bag of food in my face and then aggressively gives me the drinks. She was glaring mad. There's rude and then there's this. This was beyond rude. I work in long hours in the food industry. I work short-staffed and I understand stress. Never would I treat a guest like that. She does not need to be in management. Man taking orders needs training.
Horrid service. Never fail to get my order wrong. Prepare to be disappointed.

I don't know what happened the last 3 months but the drive thru is so much faster. It was so bad I stopped going. I will keep going since the new changes.

1. The ice cream machine is never working, not a surprise.
2. Some of the staff are rude and hang their head out of the drive thru to hit their vape. Very gross.

It is Hit or Miss whether the McDonald's app will actually work. So when you get here you might have your order canceled as you try to check in and when you go into the store they just make you wait in line and make you wait for them to make the food again even though I order ahead to not wait.
The workers didn't seem to care and they just waved me through to get to the next person

I stopped in for some fries yesterday. About 4:30 p.m. 11.21.24. It was total chaos. The workers behind the counter were literally bumping into each other. I walked up to the counter. Took about 2 minutes to get waited on. I asked a short young man for some hot fries. After taking my order, he walked over toward the drive-thru and stood there for at least 5 minutes with his hands in his coat pocket. Two racks of fries we're up and ready to be poured. After standing there for over 5 minutes someone noticed me waiting. No one working the fry station. How the mighty has fallen. I noticed all these details because once upon a time I was a McDonald's manager. Many years ago. Quality has fallen greatly. Not one older person in the restaurant. Disorganized. Now I remember why I don't usually go to McDonald's. My fries, warm but not freshly cooked. Labor cost would be very high at this restaurant. I would rather pay someone $2 more per person and have the right amount of people, and the right people.
