I waited 15 min to pay after I took my order on machine. No one wanted to take my money. The afternoon crew is great seriously amazing idk what's wrong sith the morning crew?!?! Tried to get pop went all over me bc the machine didn't have the cap on it was out of ice. Hoping my food is okay. Bc I was ticked. Now I have to be in the cold with a wet sleeve. After we waiting all that time. Can't just care only about drive through. They have no customer service in the morning!!!

Their drive thru service is ridiculous and lacking . Every time , without exaggeration, something is wrong with my order . Everytime, without exaggeration, their ice cream and milkshake machines are down . The staff is rude and incompetent. I’ll drive to Glenpool from now on rather than go to this establishment.

I just moved to Jenks and I had a terrible experience on the drive thru with a ver toxic guy who was taking my order. I left & went to Panera all the way to Broken Arrow. It's too bad Jenks has very little choices. I know it's difficult to find good people. I will try to avoid this place so you don't have to put up with me. Bad service.

Went through Drive-Thru tonight 1/20/24, after a long day at Titan Sports. My daughter and I ordered our food, get back to our Hotel to find that my quarter pounder is pink on the inside. McDonald’s is running a special right now, Buy one get one for $1, so why not. Yeah, this is one reason why I do not like giving my money to McDonald’s but my daughter really wanted to eat there for once. I should have stuck with Chick-Fil-A or Raising Cane’s.

Eat breakfast there quite often inside,cannot set and enjoy eating because the heating unit doesn't work properly it is freezing and blows cold air. Employees say they can't do anything with it ,it's a shame the company will not fix it. Several customers have same complaint come on McDonald's fix it,this has been this way a very long time.
My husband gave the person a the window $100.00 for a $16.00 order, that was all he had in his wallet. The man went on and on about it. Told him not to ever do it again. Just kept telling him off. I doubt if it was the owner. Needless to say, he probably will not be back, he bought there at least two or three times a week.
