“This was my first time coming here and I was extremely pleased. I was welcomed the second I walked in the door by the waitress. (Later learned her named was Delaney) and normally the standard is your order at the counter but since I had never been here she had me take a seat and walked me through the menu. The portions are perfect. I only ate half my sandwich (picture to come) and I had their homemade jalapeño bread and man it was delicious. Everyone behind the counter was friendly and they catered to my taste and I built my own. I will be back.. this is a perfect place thats clean friendly welcoming tasteful foods. “Hidden off 31 st and Harvard, is Pjs sandwich shoppe/ soup salads and sandwichs. For my first time I had a club with potato salad. It was delicious. Toasted bread, a light smear of mayo and mustard, tomato, bacon, ham , turkey and lettuce held together with sandwich picks and cut into quarters. I shared with my friend so she could sample- we both agree it was delicious and worth the price. She had the bacon, cream cheese and lettuce and pickles- with fruit. Her usual. It was busy and the atmosphere is light and friendly. Today’s dessert choices were chocolate cookie or strawberry cupcake- those come with the meal. They had a rush on meatloaf today- so I will try that next time. Definitely returning/ presently hours are 11-3 Monday through Friday. Summer hours soon.“

“Nice diner with good diner food and exceptional service. Food came quickly and was as described on menu. Ample sized servings with most meals in the $13 - $15 range. A little noisy because of concrete floors and closeness of tables but definitely on my list for a pleasant Saturday morning breakfast out.“

“My wife and I celebrated 53 years of marriage tonight with a wonderful meal at Bodean. As usual, the atmosphere was gracious. The lighting was low enough to be intimate yet bright enough to read the menu with now trouble. The noise level was low enough to carry on a conversation without raising our voices, yet high enough to let us know that people were enjoying their dinners. The service was above and beyond from the greeter at the front desk, to the hostess who seated us, to the many others who brought menus, drinks, bread, and other items to our table. Our experience was especially enhanced by our server, Shawna. Her smile and warm personality never dimmed, her knowledge of the menu was amazing, and her service of the meal was perfect. The food was excellent! It started with a loaf of bread from their in-house bakery served with fresh, sweet butter. Our two appetizers were a crab cake with serrano coulis and a shrimp cocktail with a house-made cocktail sauce brimming with horseradish. Our entrees - Tasmanian barramundi and broiled lobster tail with clarified butter - were delicious. Our sides of mashed potatoes, charred asparagus, and potatoes au gratin were the perfect accompaniments. The meal was concluded with a generous slice of cheesecake topped with a fresh berry glaze. The evening was great! 10/10.“

“We stopped here on our way back to Oklahoma City from Branson and I would give them 1,000 stars if I could!! It is extremely rare I can eat everything on a menu due to gluten intolerance and peanut allergy and it felt amazing to be able to pick anything I wanted! It was also amazing that they had seasonal German foods during our visit since gluten free German food is next to impossible to find. My husband and I got the chicken schnitzel, German potato salad, and German potato pancakes. My husband and I agreed that the German food items were extremely close to the authentic German food we have eaten before (long before I had to be gluten free.) Two of my kids got the kids chicken nuggets, one kid got a hamburger, and one kid got the kids fish and chips. We all shared the onion rings and fried pickles. There was sooooo much food and no one left hungry which is highly unusual when eating gluten free. I will be planning a visit to Tulsa just to eat here!!“

“This is the second time I have ordered delivery from D’Toro pizza. They have the Best pizza sauce! Fresh mushrooms on the pizza and in my salad. Generous portions and consistency in quality. I would highly recommend D’Toro Their pizza crust is the Best!!“

“What is there not to love about Dead Armadillo? I was introduced to this little gem through my rescue (Oklahoma Pet Collective Society) which DA helps support. I admit, I typically hate beer. The only beer drink I’ve EVER actually liked came from DA; it’s their pickle beer (literally so good) mixed with a special Bloody Mary mix. Out of this world. The outside back garden/dog park area is the best in Tulsa. This is a really great little place to just chill and relax and have some fun with friends and family, including the furry members.“

“A group of us were there this evening, for our first order the bartenders were very attentive. I walked up to the bar for my second drink, I stood there for at least 10 minutes patiently visiting with a regular. Not one bartender made eye contact. When one finally acknowledged me, he helped three young women that just walked up. I sat back down with my group at that point. In the bar where I work in you don't get a tip for ignoring a patron. Did I mention that there was only a couple of people sitting at the bar, so no they weren't slammed. No excuse.“

“It was a pleasant surprise to find such a hidden gem. The environment is extremely welcoming with very kind people who have admirable family values. I got the lasagna and it was the best lasagna I have ever had. For our sides we got a table side Caesar salad and sweet glazed carrots. The Caesar salad was excellent and tasted so fresh and flavorful. The sweet glazed carrots had the perfect amount of bite, while remaining tender, and they were the perfect level of sweetness. After our dinner we talked to the owner, our servers, and the chef. We learned about all their stories and they were extremely touching. The chef is very prideful about what he does, and you can tell by the taste of the food. To sum it all up, try this place, it is top tier in every aspect of the dining experience!“
