So I don't normally post a bad review I am however wondering what's going on with Taco Bell? The one on 51st and Union is not good and the jenks location isn't either. They never get the order right. The have lost my business

I come here a lot. Today was the absolute worst food I have ever had from there. The tacos were shit. There were so much grease that the Shell was just covered in grease which in fact made it break and everything fall out! Just a super bad experience

Understaffed, probably doesnt pay enough. Wait time inside ridiculous inside, watched about 20 cars go through the drive thru. Offered complimentary drinks but nothing healthy to choose from. Forced to order at kiosk, sauce chosen but I had to get it myself. Why bother asking me. Corporate is to blame not the local staff.

Honestly out of all the taco bells in and near tulsa, this is the best one so far. They dont forget stuff, food items look well made not like other ones where it looks slopped together or looks like they put one dot of sauce you cant even taste till u get to that bite of the burrito. Spread it out people.
Showed up at 2:50AM and they were closed. Google says open until 4AM. Drive thru greeting said closed.
Not coming back to this location. Asked for something to be removed from a burrito due to an allergy, order was wrong. They remake it, no biggie. The remake has the same issue. So I have to pull around for the third time, they don’t believe me. I show them the burrito & they’re just like “oops, gave you the wrong one”. People’s allergies need to be taken seriously & also, what a waste of time. At that point, I just got a refund & missed out on dinner there. The incompetence is wild.

Ok, story time...... Im going thought a tough time in life, dont need to shear details here, lol. But I was alone, sad and going thought it! I was like, dude.....go get some Taco Bell, just eat and chill out. I went today 10/7/25 around 12:40pm...Who ever was staffed at this time...wow. The food was epic! The lady's and guys where so nice and where just fire. It was definitely a pick me up. I didn't talk to the employees about personal things just let them do their job and I just ate....AMAZING small things that matter to a person is just being treated nice and good food. 10/10 will go again.

The food was amazing as always and the girl at the window with the red hair was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and able to help us out with our two mobile orders and she had such a positive attitude. It is such a shame that the greedy managers are forcing such nice employees to be so stingy with the sauces on our orders. I ordered 15 diablo sauce and 15 hot sauce because I needed 15 of each for the large amount of food that I ordered. Making your employees put only 9 diablo and 3 hot sauce is extremely frustrating as a customer and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under such management.

I think it may just be this location but the beans always seem to be over cooked and the food is sub par at best. High turnover rate of employees and management I think is the biggest contributing factor

Horrible quality. Horrible service. Be sure to check your bag when you leave. They are batting 1.000 on forgetting items you pay for, and they're incredibly stingy with the sauces. Taco Bell, this location especially, seems to have forgotten the hospitality aspect of running a restaurant. It's disgraceful.

I don’t ever mind going to this Taco Bell usually when they’re not busy, it’s decent, but I was in there today and had a pre-ordered my food online and noticed a really long line in the drive-through so I decided to go inside the only real thing that I can say is that had a very hard time with communicating on orders My order ended up being incorrect, but I didn’t have time to say anything so I just walked out, but it all could’ve been avoided with communication and looking at the order numbers and the name on the bag.

Supreme luxe box doesn’t come in a box, it comes in a bag. Very misleading labeling. Food just doesn’t taste the same if it comes in a bag instead of a box.
