The food was amazing as always and the girl at the window with the red hair was absolutely amazing. She was super nice and able to help us out with our two mobile orders and she had such a positive attitude. It is such a shame that the greedy managers are forcing such nice employees to be so stingy with the sauces on our orders. I ordered 15 diablo sauce and 15 hot sauce because I needed 15 of each for the large amount of food that I ordered. Making your employees put only 9 diablo and 3 hot sauce is extremely frustrating as a customer and I feel bad for the employees that have to work under such management.

I think it may just be this location but the beans always seem to be over cooked and the food is sub par at best. High turnover rate of employees and management I think is the biggest contributing factor

Horrible quality. Horrible service. Be sure to check your bag when you leave. They are batting 1.000 on forgetting items you pay for, and they're incredibly stingy with the sauces. Taco Bell, this location especially, seems to have forgotten the hospitality aspect of running a restaurant. It's disgraceful.

I don’t ever mind going to this Taco Bell usually when they’re not busy, it’s decent, but I was in there today and had a pre-ordered my food online and noticed a really long line in the drive-through so I decided to go inside the only real thing that I can say is that had a very hard time with communicating on orders My order ended up being incorrect, but I didn’t have time to say anything so I just walked out, but it all could’ve been avoided with communication and looking at the order numbers and the name on the bag.

Supreme luxe box doesn’t come in a box, it comes in a bag. Very misleading labeling. Food just doesn’t taste the same if it comes in a bag instead of a box.

why every time i ask for extra cheese i get the opposite ?! Jenks sucks with doing what’s asked . it’s annoying ! especially when you see it on your receipt saying you’ve been charged extra for it .

I had to come back and add in that there is hardly any meat in the Mexican pizza in the shell was burnt !!!!!!!

Someone needs to tell them that they are fast food restaurants. Pay equal attention to people that want to dine as well as the drive through. I had to wait 15 min for a burrito. Waiting 15 min a burrito at a taco bell unacceptable

This is the closest taco bell to me, after going here for about the last year since i moved to jenks i am seriously thinking of never going to any taco bell again. I say with full confidence i have NEVER been to any fast food establishment or restaurant in my life that messes up my orders more. I’m not exaggerating even slightly when i say 9/10 times my order is wrong.

One time my order was wrong so i drove through again to have it remade, when it was remade it was wrong again, went through again and it was made wrong a THIRD time.

This last time i went it was made wrong (no shocker) and they forgot my cinnamon twists, i went through to get my twists and my messed up items remade and when the worker asked what i originally ordered she then replied after and said ā€œthat’s what we madeā€ in a condescending tone - which was incorrect because it had cheese when i ordered it fresco. When they remade my items they forgot my twists again, i was over it so left and decided i’m not ever going back lmao

Almost every employee i’ve met has been incredibly rude and like they hate their life, i don’t know who taco bell employs but it’s always unhappy people who have no manners. I think i’m finally done with taco bell, the food isn’t good enough to deal with all the negatives imo šŸ¤·šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Never been to a place where the people just don't want to work in any capacity at all. Roll up constantly and they have the automated we are closed message on. If you sit there for 20 minutes because you ordered in the app I guess they finally realize you aren't leaving so they decide to answer. Then they argue with you about the name on the order and what you ordered. Finally after handing you the food items see missing including the sauce they literally asked if you wanted not 2 seconds ago. Horrible horrible horrible service at night.
