Have had a great experience everytime we have come here. They are super friendly as soon as you enter the door. They have coloring sheets for your kids, comfortable seating, quick service, you NEVER run out of chips and the food comes out fairly quickly. The food is amazing, the guacamole is fire, the chips are thin and fresh and the white queso is amazing. The servers are kind and attentive. It's the best Mexican food place around. Look forward to it everytime we come here.

When we walked in the door we stood there waiting to be seated for over 5 minutes without so much as being acknowledged by the 2 waitresses who made eye contact with us. A simple I’ll be right with you would’ve been nice. For whatever reason it was full of smoke in here like maybe the ventilation system wasn’t working. Chips were empty for a while. Had to ask the guy sweeping if we could get some more chips. They also charge a fee to use a credit card. I don’t understand restaurants doing this all of a sudden. It’s like everywhere you go you get charged fees now days. Ridiculous to charge patrons a fee to use a credit card if you ask me. Oh and no liquor yet.

Location is outside of Kingston, staff is perfect, food if good.... nothing over the top for me.... El Tapitio is more Authentic Mecican Cuisine in my opinion. Service is great, food prep is fast! Chips & salsa were excellent!
