Can’t really rate the food because every time we try to go it is closed. 7:00 on a weeknight when they close at 9, out of bread. Noon on a Saturday, closed. 3 on a Friday afternoon, teenage girl too busy on her phone to acknowledge us and when she finally did after 8 minutes, out of bread. How is this place still in business?

I love Subway but I'm not going there again. Per their commercials I downloaded the app and ordered. It was a nightmare to place the order and pay only to arrive there and they have no info on my order. I showed a screenshot and still they would not honor the discount. I paid over $26. for 2 foot long subs that should have been $6.99 each. They did not even apologize for the inconvenience. It's sad that customer service no longer exist.

Our order is never correct and poorly made through the window, everytime!! Manager didn't have store open on time for 2 days in a row. She is a very disrespectful employee and refused to take our order.

Tried to order from the App but couldn't because it said the store was closed, We drove by and saw that it was open. So we went inside of the restaurant and asked if they would still honor the coupon from the app since it stated that they were closed and would not allow us to place an order on it, they told us they didn't know and the manager would not be in until Tuesday this was on a Saturday! These kids were rude and let us know by their demeanor that we were clearly interrupting their standing around!

Lock the lobby early and still have the open sign on. There is no way of knowing that the drive thru is even there. Would rate lower if possible.

Talk about a poorly ran Sunday. Ate at 6:15 on 6/12. Let's talk about how a sandwich place is out of lettuce. Or how advertisers for wraps were everywhere with no tortilla for wraps. They also were out of 3 of their sodas. I was going to order a pretzel for me and churro for my kids, sold out of those too. It was slow and the floor looked like it hasn't been swept in days. No wonder why Subway is closing stores

Vegans and vegetarians, health conscious eaters, Subway here in Kingston is the only place I found to safely grab a bite to eat! They stacked me with vegetables, smashed avocado, feeding me right! If you're driving through looking for a salad, sub, wrap Etc, this is the place to hit while passing through! Thank you subway, the one place that has a salad here!No meat, no cheese, no croutons, throw some of that yellow and red vinegar on there hit it with salt and pepper and I'm good to go!

Vegetarian options: At Subway you can custom build what you want, so a vegetarian or vegan is what you're after, have them build it that way-

Very unsatisfied with my service employee didn't make my sandwich correctly I ordered a teriyaki blitz she's did not give me twice the cheese as it says on the menu (false advertisment) she didnt smash my sandwich down like i requested I then asked what kind of cookies they had in the black tub on the counter without a lid might i add (contaminated) not in the display case either she said there was only raspberry cheesecake when i could clearly see there was other cookies in the black tub very unsatisfied will never return to this location maybe not even subway period i hardly eat subway due to tye high prices so the one time i decide to it was a horrible experience jimmy Johns and mccalesters are starting to sound good at this point

Ordered 7 foot longs. Over $80. Got everyone of them wrong except one of them. Called layer and asked for manager, she did not seem to care much about doing anything. No discount the next time you come, anything!!! This is the 3rd time I've been there. Sandwiches have been messed up every time. At my work we share buying eachother meals. You just missed out on ALOT of business, by not even offering anything back or saying sorry. Anything!!! Good luck with that!!!

Multiple times now if you go up there or call around 8pm, they will tell you they are closing an hour early or they completely sold out of “everything”! It’s getting old, SOOO, do not believe the closing hours and would suggest to call to verify.
