Showed up during a UFC fight night. I get it, it’s packed, and I happily accepted a 1-1.5 hour wait for a table of 5 at 9pm. For the next 2 hours and 37 minutes, I watched tables full of people just sit with empty trays, and drinks with melted ice, just sitting and watching the fights. Servers hustling to refill waters, and the occasional beer, while tons of people waited, or simply left. Managers did nothing to get tables cleared. In fact, they stood around watching the fight like they weren’t even working. I confronted a manager about people sitting for hours while the servers are not increasing their tips, and the restaurant not making revenue off patrons waiting to order food and drinks. He told me it was “BWW policy to not move people along, even if they’re not ordering”. An absurd business model, if it’s even true. I’m not in the restaurant industry, but I would imagine a manager’s duty is to have those tough conversations at times, so they could seat more people ready to spend, so servers could make more in tips, etc… It’s simply either; poor policy of BWW, or it’s poor leadership. Shame on the “policy” and/or the managers to force servers to, basically, work hours refilling drinks for free, while those waiting are left to rot in the waiting area. We waited because it’s where my son wanted to start his bachelor party by watching the fights, and so we were determined to go down with the ship. Plus, it was my morbid curiosity to find out hours long this atrocity could actually go on. 5 hours and 36 minutes is the answer.

I call for a togo order at 7:10 pm, i show up at the restaurant at 7:35 pm as i was promised my order, at the moment is 8:15 pm and im still waiting for my order, plus the lady at the desk says she cant deal with me because i ask for my food.By the way i ask for a manager and non come out to the front to talk to me.Awful service and food was cold because they miss placed.

From the moment I walked in, the service was incredibly slow and marred by rudeness from the lady at the front desk. It was evident that the she was struggling to manage the first-come, first-serve system, as there were instances where guests who arrived after us were seated before us and vice versa. This lack of organization and courtesy was a significant letdown. Her demeanor left a sour taste in in my mouth before I even had a chance to try the food.Speaking of the food, while it was as expected for a chain specializing in chicken wings, it couldn't make up for the poor service.

Placed an order on the app, which for some reason charged me twice as a duplicate order. Got to the restaurant and was told no one there was able to process the refund and to leave my contact info. Ok! 5 days later, still no proof it was taken care of. Called today and spoke with a manager named Charlene. Super rude and condescending attitude, told me she couldn't help me and had to wait for some other manager who wouldn't be there for another two days. Terrible customer service followup.

We truly enjoyed our dinner tonight! Food was hot & fresh! Hubby had a chicken sandwich. I had boneless wings. Our appetizer was huge, perfect sampler. My delicious black cherry lemonade was incredible!!

Took over an hour for cold food with barely any customers. Server was barely present. Working in the restaurant industry I know this experience is not acceptable at any respectable restaurant.

Friends from fort sill and I came here for some wings and burgers and it took literally an hour and a half for the food to come out. When it did come out, it came out cold and over a 15 minute span. It takes ~6 minutes to fry wings at 400°.

Rarely saw our server. She wasn't rude or anything but she definitely didnt serve uaAlso Waited over an hr for our food then only half the order was done we still had to wait for some. Another 15 mins. After all that wait the wings that we got were cold. The burger was dry and over cooked. Like ot was premade for another order and just warmed up. Hostess and front counter really sweet tho. I am very dissatisfied I didn't even eat. This is why I don't ever eat here it's never a good experience

This was a hard call because my server was awesome. When we got the check, we noticed extra amounts on the ticket. (Ordered $10 wings they showed up as $14.99, and instead of BOGO, it said BOG50) So we asked, and she said it's right but she can get a manager. "Manager comes over and completely disrespect my friends intelligence to the point where I stepped in to try and reexplain what she was saying. It clearly was a system error on bww part and the fact we were insulted instead of just explaining that it does balance out the same.We went back another day and saw her there so I asked for her name to complain and she is a shift leader not a manager. But her customer service reflects that she doesn't even that title.

Unfortunately we couldn't eat there, so I can't rate the food. It did however take the server 20 min to come to our table after we were seated. She did inform us that the kitchen said it would be a good 30 min for our food. We just didn't have the time.

We waited over 2 hours for food. Only 1 of the 2 of us received our meals. I understand Saturday night can get busy but 2 hours for 1 wrap is alittle unreasonable.
