never in my life have i seen a establishment be complete Night and day... quite literally.. i went to this establishment this morning with my mother, fantastic service from Tia and our waitress (forgot her name), fantastic service from the kitchen the food was fresh and amazing.. 5/5 service complete day.....
about 11 hours later while im at work, i ordered the shareable duos i got Cinnamon Rolls, and the buttermilk Baglets... i ordered it online for pick up in store, once i got to the store she handed me my order it felt little light so i looked there were no cinnamon rolls, once i told her she called back to the manager, no one replied to her, so she had to run to the back where i heard her tell the kitchen it was missing, so i waited about 10 mins, she comes back with the cinnamon rolls and proceeds to tell me to be careful the bottom is hot then tells me i will have to microwave it to melt the icing... because of this my overall day review is a 2/5...
fast forward to me actually tasting the cinnamon rolls, they were cold hard as a rock like they just threw them in the microwave... (which explains why the tray was hot but not the food), the buttermilk biscuits thing were falling apart as i ate them... i think i will stick with cracker barrels morning shift because the evening shift is disappointing

We had a party of 8,no wait on the table.food was Ahelicious..I had blueberry pancakes ,sausage, bacon and ice water since it was 100 degrees outside. My wife had strawberry French toast and sausage. Food was well prepared hot and fresh.they were very busy but service was still good.special shout out to HEEKYUNG 1 of our servers!she was the life of the party lol..good experience...a must stop if you're visiting or a local.

Disappointed We had driven 12 hours and was planning to eat at this restaurant, because we usually stop through while in the area. When we came in and asked for a table for two the young lady said it will be an hour wait. We were shocked, the parking lot was half empty and there were a lot of empty tables.
My husband began to ask questions but I told him we will just go somewhere else and we did.

The most amazing friendly staff, and I just love cracker barrel food. Comfortable atmosphere and really fun stuff in the gift shop. If you go, ask for Tami in the shop area. She is amazing! So friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend.

First they skipped to seat us and we understood the misunderstanding, then we sat down at the same time as the couple before us, they got served quick same with a table across from us. We waited and waited for our food. Then a table in front of us who were there before us got served. And after another 10 minutes we finally got served and our food was cold and dry, my fruit tasted sour and the strawberries were very old. We didn’t have time to reorder or to wait again so we ate what we got and left unsatisfied. Very disappointing. It felt like it was almost done on purpose.

Food was awful. I ordered biscuits and gravy... the biscuits were so dry could barely swallow. Gravy was cold. Menu said three biscuits... was delivered 2 the table. Server was miffed when I pointed out this error. But I was only able to eat half of one biscuit. Will not return.

The food tasted good, but the service could have been better. They were not very busy, so we got our meal pretty quickly. I had not been to a Cracker Barrel in a long time and I noticed that the meal portions were smaller while it was more expensive. They still have a lot of merchandise for sale when you walk in.
