Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

I have already stopped coming here for anything but breakfast because their regular food just is not good. Now, this is yet another restaurant I will not be back to in this town.
I am dairy free so this morning I order the hash brown casserole and told them that I am dairy free and if I can have it with no cheese. They say yes then I get it and there’s cheese in it. I ask and they say “oh I took the top cheese off but the hash browns come with cheese”. Like okay…but why didn’t you say that when I said I can’t have dairy and ordered no cheese. So they waste that dish because I can’t eat it. The manager comes out and asks if I want to order something else so I then just order a steak and hash browns to go because everyone at my table is done eating at this point. What do they give me… scraps. Then they say “we’ll just charge for the casserole because it’s cheaper than the steak”. How is a whole casserole cheaper than scraps, literally four cube bites of steak (that were gross) and a spoon full of hash browns. I wish I could add a picture because it’s unbelievable.

Not to mention they never brought out the biscuits that came with either of our meals and my husband had to ask them to put eggs in his skillet when it was supposed to come with that also. Mind you there’s maybe 5 families total in there at the time, so not busy.

We visited Cracker Barell in Lawton Monday after my husband's visit at The Cancer Treatment Center. My meal was good especially the Hashbrown Cassarole. My husband's steak had to be taken back 3 times for them to cook it well done.But all in all it was pretty good. The young server was very sweet & understanding. The Bathroom not a good experience. No paper towels & no hand soap to wash hands.That alone was a little concerning.

Warm & Friendly establishments. Enjoyed the food. Our waiter was very kind and attentive to our needs. 🙂👍🙏

When we came in it was pretty busy, so understandable we had to wait like 15 minutes for a table so I did some shopping. When we were sat, ordered 1 water, 1 DrPepper, and 2 coffees. We were never given a refill on any drinks even though we asked for more coffee but maybe he forgot. But, before we left we asked for 2 Togo DrPepper and the server told us he would be charging for 1 because we only ordered 1 I just said okay guess we will just have 1 Togo thinking when he came back he would realize being rediculous and bring 2 but nope 🤣🤣and the 1 he brought was like a kiddie size tiny drink 🤣🤣but food was prepared just how it is at every location. Thanks I’ll be back and order water 🤣🩷✌️

Took forever to get our food and it didn't seem that busy. Food was ok but it should not take almost an hour to get your food.

Service great. It was busy but our waitress was attentive and took care of us very well. The only thing I will say is that the restroom was not clean - needed attention.

Would be better if they added favor to it.

Food was decent but not what I expected from a cracker barrel. The bathroom had a very unclean fishy odor and no soap to wash your hands which made me wonder how the employees were washing their hands after using the bathroom. I literally could hardly finish my meal after my bathroom visit. Also they were out of half of the menu items.

The service was great. Our server Katie was good. She seemed new, but good enough not to mess up our order. Cracker barrel is a staple for me when I'm in CONUS.

my food took 30min to get to table, the plate was to have a bake patato did not get one my wife order came out in sections to the table the waitress was great it was the kitchen that had problems . i will think hard about eating here again,

Went there after craft show. Only about 6 people inside ,still took 5 minutes to be seated. Another 3 minutes to order coffee. Another 5 minutes to get it. Haha long wait to order and get our meal. Wife ordered pancake of the month. She hot two very dry pancakes with about 3 bacon throw on top and none inside. A little maple glass on top and no whip cream. With 4 serves a d 6 customers in side it stii took us a hour and a half believe we left. Will not ho there again

I called for two orders and Specifically said Cinnamon Swirl and Fried Apple French Toast.
Your call center person is Incompetent, and Idiot!!! He "hold on" after Every Item Odered.
I drive to the store pay $15 for one order only. He put me down a side order of fried apples.
I drive back to find, He totally messed up order.

Our waitress only had 4 tables. How is it 2 other tables behind us received their food within 20 minutes. Waited a whole 45 minutes. I got up and ask where our food was. And was told it was coming up. 10 more minutes. Still no food. Much less my tea glass was empty. We got up and And told them cancel my order. I mean how long does it take to cook sausage and eggs. I will never go back to this place.
