Spilled a soda down my husband's back broke the glass all over where he was sitting then asked if he was sitting in timeout when he had to move and when he finally got his food it was overcooked and burnt.. hardly got an apology and we were doing Thanksgiving with family so we didn't want to make a big fuss but it ruined his phone. If we could give no stars we would do that.

My husband and I were passing through Lawton Oklahoma headed back to Texas and stopped to eat around 2:00 bc we had not ate all day and I had the chicken fried steak fries and macaroni and cheese my husband had meatloaf mashed potatoes and fried apples... About an hour and a half after we left I became violently ill (throwing up) for over an hour then again about an hour after that !! It was terrible... Not sure what made me so very very sick but we thought it was the gravy or fries ... The service was awful bc you can tell when someone doesn't like their job

Tried to order online but it failed. Tried to order to go via phone, but gave up after 20 minutes on hold. Drove to the site to place the to go order and waited 10 minutes for somone to take the order. Food came out quickly after order.

There is really not much that I could say. I have always had a good experience with CB. The food was great, atmosphere did not change to the disaster we all saw on the new. Our server was amazing.

Just not as good as I remember it. The corn bread muffins were room temperature and dry. Most of the menu was fried foods. Nothing appealed to me. I ended up with the grilled chicken salad. Nothing remarkable about that. They had no soup. Ran out. It was Sunday morning before the church service let out at 11:55. They should have had soup. Someone isn't doing inventory correctly. They offered me a potato instead. Wish they had wraps or some special salads. Really no variety unless you want a heavy meal.

The food was great, and our server was prompt with refills on our tea and very friendly. The lady at the check out was very helpful with the extra stuff I bought!

Food looked terrible and was very small. All of the pictures show 2 pieces of turkey but only got one. Talked to General Manager she acted like she didn’t really care. Lawton, OK

The breakfast and service was great! The portion sizes made for a good value. Good place to bring a date or the fam. Iconic souvenir shop in the front. I'll definitely be back.

I visit Cracker Barrel not only for the meal, but the shopping of women's clothing. They always seem to have the better choices of tops for women.

Went just for the store. There was an employee that followed me around and I dropped a magnet and went to pick it up. She grabbed it and said what happened I need to check that then puts it back on the shelf. I was actually going to get it but because of how she was and had been I decided to just leave.
