Alex was a very good server. She was direct, cheerful, and a delight to conversate with. She went through all the required service knowledge without fault of rambling on. She checked on my needs periodically with being a constant irritant like someone over reaching to please. I met the owners, Shay and his wife. Everything was delightful.
The service is great, fast and friendly, second, the food was amazing and tasty, and last but not least the atmosphere and people were friendly and caring. You need to go visit Hatch and enjoy the food and people. I recommend Celina Rodriguez as your waitress. She's awesome.
I had the panOKcake which was in the shape of Oklahoma! It was delicious - covered in real bacon pieces and Oklahoma grown pecans with syrup on the side. Didn’t really need the syrup. I also had a hot Blondie latte (has 2 shots of espresso) and ordered my fiancé B&G with scrambled eggs and cheese togo.
