I have Celiac Disease and wanted a sub today. I made sure to let the staff know I had a gluten allergy. The staff made sure to change gloves, utensils and prepare my food in a separate area that was not contaminated with the other bread. Thank you so very much for being cautious with my food. I had the #56 no peppers. The bread is so soft and very good.
