If you want to wait over an hour to be seated, then wait another hour to see the chef, for some mediocre food, you’re in the right place. You’ll get one refill and small portions for the price.
This is anything but fine dining lol. We’ve been coming here for years, but tonight, our service was so horrible that we will never be back. Our hibachi chef was great but our server was absolutely horrendous and just flat out rude and lazy. She ruined the experience and I cringed at even tipping 15%, when I’m normally a very generous tipper. Took the fam there this evening for my daughter’s birthday. Started out ok but when the hibachi chef came in, the show was very poor. He talked a lot about himself.
It was booked as a birthday dinner, told the waiter and the “chef” but they could have cared less. Never ever got a refill on our drinks. Then 18% gratuity was added to our bill! If it would have been decent, they would have gotten a bigger tip in cash!!
