The food was great, and the staff was not as friendly as what they used to be. Our waitress kept rushing us to order and was rude.

We have eaten here several times for breakfast. Food and service has always been good. So we decided to try dinner. Big mistake. I ordered jumbo shirmp and fry side of onion rings. When my food arrived the jumbo shrimp were medium size butterfly not jumbo as discribed. No frys and onion rings weren't done. The hush puppies were burnt. Flys kept landing on our food. Waitress seen us trying to keep flys away and brought us a fly swatter. That was the only time we seen the Waitress. Any help we needed we had to go to the counter. I called in the morning to talk to management, I shouldn't have wasted my time. WON'T BE BACK

Food is fantastic!!! Good down home cooking, in an old school diner setting. Will eat here anytime I'm in the Lawton area.

It was great. They gave me a pieve of chocolate pie for my birthday. The only reason they didn't get 5 stars on atmosphere is because there was 2 employees out front talking and one was saying the f word multiple times and not quietly. I know for a truck stop, that can be expected but it bugged me.

Really liked the small diner, blast from the past feel to the place. Staff was very friendly. Food came quick. Can't really ask for too much more. Only knocks are that it's cash/check only and the ATM out front charges a hefty $3 fee. The food wasn't bad by any means, but it wasn't spectacular. They'd do their business a service by getting a card reader. They're not very expensive anymore. That would probably drive in a fair amount more business for them. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

I have been going there since the summer of 1998. never had an issue. 2 weeks ago yesterday. I spent 78.58 got no refills. waitress was not good at her job. continually corrected us when ordering because it's cheaper to get this or that. told my wife that my kids couldn't get refills on their sodas because the machine was down. no option to buy another can. they can have water. I waited for mitch. he's on his way over and over. they closed. I had to leave. he finally called me. asked for address. swore he'd make it right. I sent my name number and address. he did not make anything right. I will not give that place another dime. not worth it to spent $70+ every time for them nor to respect a loyal customer.

The food was amazing. Well seasoned and fast friendly service. Ham steak is huge, the chicken fried steak and pancakes were also excellent. A great old school diner!

Been Trucking over 50 years and never heard of this place. Guys if you're looking for Great food at a Reasonable price, you have to stop here. They have Truck Parking next to Restaurant. Good ole Truck Stop Cafe. I had breakfast and couldn't eat it all, got a to go box. Exit 36 off 44 S. Make a right and it's on the left 1 block up. I'll be back.

Went in on a Sunday, and the special was roast turkey stuffing mashed potatoes and gravy. Ordered it to go and it was delicious. I had what they call a red top to stay. The Red top is there's two with chili on top. Both are homemade. Kind of like flavor because it's obvious they cater to older folks and they are skimpy on the spices and salt. Other than that the food was pretty gosh darn good. And the waitresses serve me was most excellent! Between this place and the one across the street which are rivals and having eaten at them both I will visit this place again. Even though the place is smaller and a little dumpier looking, I liked the quaint down home family feeling.

Food was okay. I had the club and toast beef looked old. Breakfast is better imo, server was sweaty and out of breath, but it seemed like only 3 servers for whole place but she was very friendly.
