I have been going there since the summer of 1998. never had an issue. 2 weeks ago yesterday. I spent 78.58 got no refills. waitress was not good at her job. continually corrected us when ordering because it's cheaper to get this or that. told my wife that my kids couldn't get refills on their sodas because the machine was down. no option to buy another can. they can have water.
