They are slow. They have consistently gotten my orders wrong. If I go through the drive through, I ALWAYS have to pull around and wait. I often have to go in to get my food that I order in the drive through. This has been the normal pattern at this location for over a year!

I did an online order on 03/20/2026 , i ordered chicken strips and when I got the food it was a big box of chicken thighs , I do not eat chicken with bone in it that’s why I ordered chicken strips , really wanted the food but got something I don’t eat , and I asked if they could exchange for something else and they said they couldn’t do nothing except have me do a refund on the app , wish they could’ve just replaced it , I’m very hungry after a long day at work

We ordered Popeyes on the mobile app at 8:35pm for a 2 can dine tender combo and paid separately for the drinks. We get there and they hand us chicken breast. No one in our family prefers chicken with bone in it we just don’t hence why we always order tenders. Told us we can’t get a refund we have to do it on the app. So we get connected to a chat and they refund us points instead of money which would’ve been okay if we could’ve got another meal but it was only enough points to get 2 tenders. While at the restaurant they said they don’t have tenders cause they already shut down the fryers but it was only 8:30 and they don’t close until 11:30. I would’ve taken sandwiches instead or literally anything else without bone even asked if we could come back tomorrow and they just said have a good day.
No complaints here, Popeyes tends to be always on point and those 5 dollar faves are keeping me coming back.

They usually have 3-5 people with 30 orders. They really need more help in there. They're nice and considerate people up there, who wouldn't get burnt out ? The workers need more help!!

They cook some of the best chicken in town. However, they need some more employees. I just got told it was gonna take at least 2 hours to cook some patties. Not that they were out but 2 hours to cook more food!! I come often and it’s usually a whole big event of making sure I got everything and it’s right. Food is to good so I gotta keep coming back.

Everytime I’ve been it hasn’t been busy but the employees move in slow motion like they’re high or something. Was waiting for my order for over an hour. It’s like nobody cares about their job just there for a quick easy paycheck. Corporate needs to give this store a rude awakening
