We brought a group of 70 people in on a Sunday at lunch. We called ahead with our order and ETA. Wonderful experience! The food was ready on time and there were enough seats for everyone.
This was not my typical Raising Canes dine in experience . The person taking our order was nice & the food was hot and delicious. But the(I assume) manager , Ashley , yelling the entire time made this so unpleasant . I understand it was the lunch rush and you might have to yell out customers names to pick up orders - yelling at your employees when you are at front of counter and they are in the back is unacceptable. The entire restaurant could hear employees getting reprimanded...
The price is not worth the tiny chicken breast straps they sell you with half a pound of crinkle cut French fries & 1 slice of bread. The bread & sauce is delicious, & the food was hot, fresh & smelled yummy, but I was disappointed in the size of the chicken strips and lack of seasoning on the chicken strips. I was disappointed with 4 peice box at almost $14! Very little protein with an enormous serving of carbs. Everything else, like service, friendliness, wait...
