I purchased a drive thru meal for my son in the amount of $12.85 on 8/4/2025. On 8/6/2025, my online bank statement shows two transactions were made at the same time at the same location but different transaction amounts. A transaction for "gifts and donations" of $11.30 wasn't approved by me. I called and the "manager" asked if anyone else had access to my card? My reply, your cashier did! Went thru the drive thru tonight and got two Dave’s classics and the only thing on the bun was a cold burger and cheese. Then the guy has me pull up as he said waiting on fries and I’m thinking yummy hot and fresh. So we pull out and of course I have to try the fresh hot fries well they were cold and stale. Never again bye Wendy’s.
