Great little place, stopped in as we were passing through on our way to Frisco, TX. Chicken fried steak is home made, and I'm pretty sure everything else is too. I make this trip pretty often so I'm for sure stopping back in next time I get a chance.

There were multiple employees in this establishment, my first time here and it was an okay experience. The food was good, the young lady serving us was slow. I watched as I'm assuming regulars came in to sit down they were served immediately and I sat there for 4-5 minutes before I was served.

Had lunch and the service was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak which came with mashed potatoes and gravy and a roll. Mashed potatoes tasted like the powdered kind which is my fault. I should have ordered a baked potato. Chicken fried steak was done but it tasted like it was in the freezer too long. Our waitress was apologetic and asked if they could cook another one for me. The salad was good but why wasn't there any tomatoes? Not blaming the cook ior staff n any way. Sometimes you have to work with what you have. I know some people who will agree it's not the way it used to be. The burgers are still my favorite though.
Parking: No problem with parking it was almost empty when we arrived at noon on a Saturday.

They have the best steak around and the staff is very kind and personable.
Good little small town,no frills, mom and pop, down home cooking restaurant. Got to be one of the best steaks in the area. Good friendly service. If you’re around Ardmore/Madill area you got to go for the steak. Flavor on the steak was perfect, nothing more needed. I don’t ideally eat bread or rolls with my meal; oh yeah the rolls are good. And get some homemade dessert!
