How can a salad be cold¿ isn’t supposed be cold? And the queso tasted like powder? But still ate the hole thing + still asked for more chips and salsa is actually insane!!! “My husband and I ate there tonight and love their food but the service tonight was lacking. We ordered drinks 1st and I had ordered a beer. When our food came out I reminded her I didn’t have my beer. We ate and got up to leave and as we are walking up my beer finally came out. We were not checked on after the food was delivered and there was only one other table sat. Very disappointed I never received a drink.”

“We only recently began dining at Simple Simon's in Madill, OK. The buffet is reasonably priced and very yummy with everything you need for a complete meal. The service was great, and the restaurant was very clean and well kept.”

“I placed a decent sized mobile order. When I got home, I realized the most expensive item was missing. (I probably drove off too fast at the drive thru) I went back inside and showed my receipt. Not only did they prepare the missing item fresh (and souped it up nicely) but they also gave me a few coupons as well. “We used the drive through. It was very busy and we order two big breakfast and it moved pretty fast even though it was packed. They need another lane for through traffic for when it backs up other than that we were pleased”
