When did it become mandatory to ask for freshly made hot food. I understand its fast food, but it doesn't have to be cold, and made 2 hours ago in bulk amounts that you're still passing out to paying customers instead of making food that they actually ordered. I make it a habit to make certain requests to my order to get it made fresh, and 8 out of 10 times I still have to take it back because it's old, and cold food they had made previously. Always gets your order wrong. Will put way to much condiments on everything. Just imagine an unsupervised 3yr old with squirt bottles of mustard and ketchup etc. This McDonald's is super slow aswell, be prepared for a wait.

They are so slow for fast food and it has been like that for a long time. Sometimes the crew will forget part of the order because they clear the screen before they are finished. It's just different than it was 5 years ago. It's like the entire focus is on the drive thru but the drive thru takes more than 5 minutes and we get parked nearly every time to wait 5-10 minutes.
