Love the location of course it’s close to my home but the place is clean and the people are very friendly this is my new favorite place
I got the BLT, it was delicious. My son got the cheeseburger, he said it was delicious. I highly recommend stopping in and checking it out. You won't be disappointed.

Lake Murray Mom and Pop's is one of those hard to find kind of places and one of few dining options at the lake. It is part grocery, part restaurant, and very family friendly, kinda reminding you of going to grandma's house and the general store all in one. The atmosphere is totally laid-back, quiet, and peaceful, though it can get pretty hectic at peak times. The service is friendly, prompt, attentive, and kind.
The restaurant part serves legit homemade food that is astonishing and not fancy at all. The real stars are the hamburgers, described as the best in 30 or 40 years. They are gigantic, cooked fresh, with lean meat and excellent flavor, served on a brioche bun. The BLT is just like Mom made, and the breakfast burritos, eggs with toast, fries, coffee, and surprisingly tasty flatbread pizza are also good. It is a place worth a detour for a quick bite that reminds you of the good old days.
