“I had a sandwich made and unfortunately it wasn’t the best so I called and let them know the situation and the shift lead Michael apologized and let me come back and he personally made me a new sandwich. Granted he wasn’t the one who made the mistake but he was quick to correct it and instantly changed my opinion of this particular subway. He’s good at what he does and I appreciate that very much.“
“We eat here fairly often. We have one recurring issue we laugh about. My husband and I like the condiments directly on the bread not on top of the meat and veggies. He likes mustard on one side and Mayo on the other. One condiment per side. Down the length of the bread. No matter how we word it in the app they don't understand. So we pull up outside and order in the app to save money then go inside to explain how to build the sandwich. It's a little thing but the order of ingredients makes a huge difference in the taste“
