Our first time visiting. Food was great. We loved the various dips we got with our chips, red & green salsa & black bean dip. My favorite was the green & husband's was the red. We both enjoyed our meals & decided we would definitely return for another visit. (I had chicken taquitos & he had steak burrito with green sauce) Only drawback would be their limited choices on the menu compared to other similar restaurants. ??

Every time I go here I'm reminded why I love it so much! After losing my grandma I'm so thankful I have found somewhere that tastes like her cooking. Thank you for giving me that joy through your food ❤️❤️❤️

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience today as a first timer. I will be back. Fresh, delicious food that is lovingly prepared and aesthetically pleasing with excellent service to match. We loved the chorizo queso and the taco salad, but the chimichanga is pictured. Grateful to have this place in McLoud!

Kid-friendliness: Theres a kid area with toys!

I think this is a family restaurant. We were greated by the mom who has such a warm heart. Treated us like we were part of her family. I believe the server is her son. Very polite young man. Good at his job and eager to take care of you. Not to sound crazy but you can feel the love in this restaurant, oh yeah the food is really good too. These are the types of immigrant families we need in the US. So happy to have you in our community.

Kid-friendliness: Has designated play area for kids.

UPDATE: went for our second trip this week. It was just as good as the first time. We tried different dishes and weren’t disappointed. We’ll be back…again!Just had our first lunch experience here. The food was plentiful, AUTHENTIC and delicious! The fresh brewed tea, service, cleanliness and friendly staff will have us coming back for more. We can recommend both the tacos and enchiladas. Great job!

Every since we discovered this family owned authentic Mexican Restaurant we have been coming here every week for our date night. We never been disappointed with anything we tried. Chicken Street Tacos and Tamales are our top favorites. Staff is friendly and personable. Restaurant is clean and welcoming. Prices very reasonable. Looking forward to next weeks visit.

The food was decent, but the service will keep me from returning. We have special dietary considerations, so we needed to ask about ingredients. The woman seemed annoyed and borderline rude. I guess we were an inconvenience for her, but they weren't even busy at the time. Also, the tea was gross (tasted old), and they had limited pop....cans only. Our chips were very salty, so I asked if it was possible to get some new ones with less salt. She told me they make them all in the morning, but she'd check. She came back with some new chips, which I appreciated, but if there was any difference at all, she may've just tried to shake some salt off. They were still too salty. They charge quite a bit for flour tortillas too. This place isn't cheap, but even if it was, I expected better service. Kindness, politeness, understanding all go a LONG way when trying to run a successful business. Part of their job is catering to the customers' needs and wants. We were being very polite and didn't act any differently as she was acting annoyed with us, we continued being polite and friendly and still left a good tip, so we gave her no reason to act the way she did.So we very likely will not return. There are plenty of other places nearby who will happily answer our questions and serve fresh tea.

As I was already in town for meet the teacher, I took the opportunity to try Mama Tina's Mexican Kitchen in McLoud, Oklahoma.I am sitting here in restaurant trying to figure out what to say about the experience. I do not mean that I’m any way shape or form negative either. We are all aware of TOC’s love of Arroyo’s Mexican Restaurant, but I’m gonna say I think I love Mama Tina's Mexican Kitchen just as much. However they are both vastly different experiences.I’m not enough of an expert in Mexican cuisine to describe the differences, but I am enough of a food lover to say that Mama Tina's Mexican Kitchen is fantastic. I think it is just a different flavor profile than I am used to.I had a chimichanga which I guess is a pretty standard order, but the flavor was just a little different than I was used too. A little more heat, a little different spice to the meat, whatever it was, it was one of the most delicious meals I’ve had at a Mexican restaurant.By now I’m sure you’ve all heard that they do not offer queso as a setup. I am here to tell you that the black bean dip, is spectacular and more than an adequate replacement for your standard queso. Yeah, I’ll admit I did in fact order the queso with chorizo because I’m a s***** for chorizo. And don’t forget while you are at Mama Tina's Mexican Kitchen you can also see artwork by Made by Jasey. The wait staff was super nice, the food came out super quick. Just all in all it was a very nice visit to a restaurant that I think everyone should try.

Wow!!! Authentic and delish! We will be back! They have this mild red sauce that has this smokey hit to it. So yum on the tacos!!! The steak was full of flavor. For sure my favorite meat on the tacos.

This is by far the most authentic and delicious Mexican food anywhere around. The red enchilada sauce has me lickin my fingers every time! The staff is incredibly nice and the portions are big! It’s affordable, too, just in case all the other stuff I wrote hasn’t been convincing enough.Just go try it. You will not be disappointed!!!

Wow! What delicious Mexican food! They serve a zesty black bean dipping sauce with the salsa instead of cheese sauce. A nice healthy option! The chimichanga I had was the best I've ever had. Light and crispy, not at all greasy or tough like some places. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive. The portions were so generous I've got enough left-overs for lunch tomorrow...yum! And they served a lovely flan over cake dessert that I'll be looking forward to having again! Prices were reasonable
