They mailed us a coupon book, had the mcloud store address on it, coupons had 20 days before expiration, they would not honor the coupons. The 2 kids running the restaurant could not care less about the customer. This is an absentee owner who does not care about the customer. The kid was not allowed to adjust the pricing in the computer and would not call his manager, it is very obvious this is a very poorly run store and the employees are not empowered to make the right decisions for the customer.

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery and waiting an hour and a half (online order said 40 minutes) called and could hear the manager Cody tell the kid on the phone “just tell him the receipt paper ran for online orders.” Asked for a refund. Asked how long the refund takes since it already took the money off my card, “I don’t know. That’s a corporate thing.” Seems like a poorly ran operation. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered pizza and some outher stuff marinara was forgotten and even with all these storms and being super busy with orders and delivery manger was polite and delivery driver still got us covered thank you
