Mazzio’s? More like AZZios… Food tasted like it’d been sitting out for at least a day. God awful. Even the sauce couldn’t save it… little to no toppings on it… calzones had ZERO integrity… fell apart and just complete garbage…

Terrible customer service. Ordered delivery and waiting an hour and a half (online order said 40 minutes) called and could hear the manager Cody tell the kid on the phone “just tell him the receipt paper ran for online orders.” Asked for a refund. Asked how long the refund takes since it already took the money off my card, “I don’t know. That’s a corporate thing.” Seems like a poorly ran operation. Won’t be ordering again.

Ordered pizza and some outher stuff marinara was forgotten and even with all these storms and being super busy with orders and delivery manger was polite and delivery driver still got us covered thank you

People always comment when things aren’t good but positive reviews are just not as common. We eat Mcloud Mazzios maybe once a month and I don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order. We had it tonight (Oct 2024) and it was just awesome. Best Supreme pizza we’ve had in a long time. Thanks y’all.

The Mcloud Mazzios is nasty. The place is dirty and dusty and the pizza buffet is a joke. If you want overcooked cold pizza, then be my guest. They need people in there that care about their jobs, not their phones and playing around in the kitchen area. The manager was super unfriendly and unprofessional. She needs to stay at home!

Very small portions for the buffet, okra was moldy on the salad bar, red wine vinegar & balsamic vinegar on top of the salad bar was both expired bottles, customer service was rude & barely seen to help me thru out my experience??

I had been a coming in as a regular occurrence , but the last time the bigger red headed lady kissed my baby on her mouth. And that just isn’t okay. I shouldn’t have to be rude and tell her you can’t kiss my baby. We dont even know her. Havnt been back since and I won’t go back because of her doing that.
