People always comment when things aren’t good but positive reviews are just not as common. We eat Mcloud Mazzios maybe once a month and I don’t think they’ve ever messed up an order. We had it tonight (Oct 2024) and it was just awesome. Best Supreme pizza we’ve had in a long time. Thanks y’all.

The Mcloud Mazzios is nasty. The place is dirty and dusty and the pizza buffet is a joke. If you want overcooked cold pizza, then be my guest. They need people in there that care about their jobs, not their phones and playing around in the kitchen area. The manager was super unfriendly and unprofessional. She needs to stay at home!

Very small portions for the buffet, okra was moldy on the salad bar, red wine vinegar & balsamic vinegar on top of the salad bar was both expired bottles, customer service was rude & barely seen to help me thru out my experience??

I had been a coming in as a regular occurrence , but the last time the bigger red headed lady kissed my baby on her mouth. And that just isn’t okay. I shouldn’t have to be rude and tell her you can’t kiss my baby. We dont even know her. Havnt been back since and I won’t go back because of her doing that.

This is the absolute WORST mazzios we have ever ordered from. Our food was absolutely COVERED in a salt layer. Called the restaurant, was on hold for 10 minutes and got hung up on (classy right?) so my wife called back, immediately answered ? imagine that. The lady told us it was “probably” their Parmesan cheese. We have eaten at other mazzios numerous times and have never had this problem. She threw her child of a manager on the phone and he told us as well that it’s probably the Parmesan. Yeah no, I have never had to physically scrape off SALT from my food there. But “we don’t even carry salt in the kitchen” yeah okay. -10/10 would not recommend. If you wanna eat a salt block and clog your arteries, this is your establishment. At your own risk of course.

This is horrible pizza. Cheese bread with hardly any cheese and burnt. Ordered a pepperoni and a cheese got two pepperoni and both look horrible. See for yourself. Look at the pics.

BEST DAMN SANDWICH I EVER HAD !!!!I have been craving that for 40 years. A sub shop named Home Plate made something similar. Closed in 90's. Tried to buy the store was so good. This is better. Still miss the nacho side and melted cheese dip! GREAT WORK!
