When I called to verify everything, I was told that my reservation was never put down and they probably wouldn't be able to make it work. I panicked and started calling places. I spoke with the manager and he said that we could have it there and bent over backwards to accommodate us in every way he could. I appreciate this soooooo much. I did not want to tell my 9 year old that he couldn't have his party! Thank you so much LOL“

“I order pizza and wings and drinks on 12/19/20 and they shorten my wings I didn’t get 20 pieces that I paid for.. they didn’t give me my drinks, I had to go back and get them the guy was nice and apologized for the drinks Order again on 12/24/20 get home and the cheesey bread is not cut my pepperoni pizza had both types when I asked for old world,,pizzas were not cut all the way I had to cut them myself my wings were suppose to be well done well they r not and a drizzle of bbq didn’t put the garlic sauce on the pizza crust Everything else was good I just hope that a manager could call me and msg me about these issues and it gets fixed I would love to come again but the issues need to be corrected“

I accidentally ordered from cache rd one day spent 30 mins trying to figure where my pizza was. When I got there it was still HOT LIKE ITS WAS FRESH OUT, I was shock. My wife used my credit card to order a pizza while I was bedridden, recovering from a hospital stay and chemo treatments. Despite having used my card many times before without any issues, this time she was told she couldn’t sign for it. She explained that I was sick and had just returned from chemo, but the staff insisted that I come up there with my ID. I’ve never been ID’d for a pizza order before! Unable to believe their lack of empathy, I had to drag myself out of bed to show my ID. When I told them I couldn’t, they said we wouldn’t get our pizza. Frustrated, I told them to stick the pizza where the sun doesn’t shine and demanded to speak to the manager. The manager gave me attitude and hung up on me when I tried to explain the situation. When we finally got the pizza, it was smashed to one side of the box and cold. The next day, I called to speak to the owner, hoping for some resolution. I was promised a callback from the owner, but it’s been three or four days, and I haven’t heard a peep. I understand that businesses have policies, but this was an extremely disappointing and humiliating experience, especially considering my health situation. The lack of compassion and customer service was astounding. I will never order from Fatboys Pizza again and will be sure to share my experience with others.“

“I always have fantastic service at this specific location. The manager, Donte, is always willing to go the extra mile. He offered to personally make us our pizza when I asked about dietary restrictions and it was top tier. Store is always spotlessly clean, I have no reservations as to the quality of the food.“

“Great for those nights when cooking dinner is inconvenient. My husband and kids love there meatballs and taco pizza. They have specials/discounts when u buy more than one pizza. They also offer several types of pastas, salads, subs, and BBQ. Everyone is always friendly and helpful including the customers. You can't help but be comfortable because the atmosphere is one of welcoming that you experience usually in a home only. There hours fit for late lunch and dinner. They don't do regular lunch hours currently. I believe they open sometime between 3 and 4 but no sure on exact hours. They do not serve alcoholic beverages only water, tea, and sodas. Personally I like that because it makes for a family and kid friendly environment“

“I love going to the Little Caesar's on Cache Rd. The pizza and breadsticks are SO good. I can never eat it without the extra butter and parm cheese on it. It's my piece of heaven. And the staff is really nice. Over the years of going I've even told the working MOD that I love coming to this store. PLEASE keep up the awesome job!“
