“We are visiting from Albuquerque, New Mexico. We had lunch with our daughter and granddaughter today. We had the classic sampler appetizer. It was amazing. Each of us ordered the delicious chicken fried steak with garlic mashed potatoes and ocre. All was exactly what we hoped for. Then we each ordered a different desert and sampled each: peach cobbler, blackberry cobbler, peanut butter pie and lemon meringue pie. Each was as good as expected. Our server was R Shawney. She was exceptional. Thank you La Donna’s for a great meal.“

I know that’s Dutch Bros’ way of doing things, but seriously they are so personable and make your experience here, even if it’s just 30 seconds at the window, so enjoyable. “They had only scheduled one server, one hostess, and the kitchen staff to work. They did the best they could, but the restaurant was busy. Our server was trying to take care of so many tables. I was impressed she was able to check on us as much as she did, so the 5 stars for service and atmosphere are because of her. The food was good, no problems. Obviously, I would recommend staffing another server for a Thursday evening.“
