Picked up pizza. Asked for cheese and pepper. Said .99 each. Asked if people dining in were charged. She said no they get shakers. So I guess dine in orders are somehow more important than pick up or delivery!! REALLY??? Its just a couple bucks, but that's ridiculous. BAD decision Pizza Hut. Wow 😞🤬🤬
To long of a wait for calling in the order
I was disappointed in every way and absolutely can not recommend Pizza Hut! I tried to place an order to be delivered. They argued my address doesn't exist. We've lived here 22 yrs. Had to get someone to help. Went on to place my order. When I finished, there was a slight pause, followed by mumbling and it's a problem. I asked if I'm a problem or my order is a problem.
