The service isn't too fast nor too slow, but large food orders can cause delays, especially during busy times. Some customers have experienced issues with cold food and packaging problems, and a few dislike the food quality. Despite these issues, the restaurant's employees work hard to keep up with orders. Customers love the drinks, especially the 50% off drinks with the app, and the pretzel. The restaurant also offers the 1.99 chicken sandwich, which many find to be very good.
