Service was great, salad and pizza not so much. Tea was fresh.
When we arrived, we waited over 10 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. we had to flag someone down to take our order. we had a coupon for the big dinner box for $26.99. We weren't told about the upcharge until after we placed our order and it was already being made. No one was there, yet we waited a ridiculously long time for our food. Picked up pizza. Asked for cheese and pepper. Said .99 each. Asked if people dining in were charged. She said no they get shakers. So I guess dine in orders are somehow more important than pick up or delivery!! REALLY??? Its just a couple bucks, but that's ridiculous. BAD decision Pizza Hut. Wow 😞🤬🤬
