The food or service isn't good any more, it's totoally nasty!!! I found a roach in my food!!!I will not be going back!!! The tables are dirty and when I asked them if they could clean it off; they said that they had already cleaned it. Totally BAD business. People have a lot of places to choose where they want to eat these days. When I want seafood from now on, I'll drive across town to Cajun Kings on Northwest Expressway.

This is the worst place I've ever eaten. It seems like all these men knew about seasoning is salt salt and more salt! I originally wanted catfish and po boy meal. But they said they were out of bread! I've personally worked in several fast food establishments in the past , and if we ran out of something my boss would send us to the store to buy what we needed! I mean come on they're located right next to a Crest grocery store! I ended up getting a catfish and shrimp mixture which was ok . But the sides made me physically ill. The red beans and rice was soupy and sour. The collard greens were so salty that I ended the night throwing up for over an hour. Whoever was running the kitchen that day really doesn't care what they put out!

This is one of my very favorite places to eat in the metro. Great people and amazing food. Only place I'll eat catfish. The scalloped potatoes and red beans and rice are also great.

Best Cajun cooking in this area makes you miss Louisiana, but the catfish. frog legs, cornbread, boudin balls take you there. Put on some Zydeco on and party down with great food!

The best catfish I have ever eaten!!! The potatoes au gratin and okra were good but the catfish is absolutely delicious! This little hole on the wall warrants a taste !

The catfish is great and a pound of it is enough to fill you up , to full. ie, nap time ! Beans and rice is great, bush puppies are great, okra is good.

First and last place eating here,….This place is DISGUSTING!!!!1-My daughter had a shrimp po boy,..the bread was already torn and the shrimp breading was barley holding on2- My other daughter had the southern fried chicken, that was salty as hell3- My toddler daughter had a side of Mac and cheese that had over cooked noodles4- My husband had the frog leg dinner,..that he didn’t finish and he eats ANYTHING5-And I had a small side of crawfish ettouffe, and the base was so light, and it looked like minute rice,…it also looked like it was the same ingredients as their gumbo pic in another review,…and they put it in a small flip top box wrapped in Saran Wrap, so juice was spilled all in my bag. I will not be back,..I spent exactly $50, and go to pick it up and I should have known by the way their kitchen looked???

The catfish was pure perfection. My fiancé had the crawfish etouffee and loved it.Friendly service.

1st time visit did not disappoint. Numerous repeat customers were present and their recommendations were so varied that I joked they were no help at all because it didn't help me narrow my options. We over ordered so we could have leftovers to take home. We enjoyed their crawfish etouffe, stuffed shrimp, frog legs, potatoes augratin, fried okra, hush puppies and their complimentary bread pudding. Red beans and rice was meh. Will definitely go back.

I have eaten at this establishment three times in a two week period. I tried something different each time and my family also loved the food. The taste was truly authentic and fresh. No complaints regarding the food. If I had one take away it would be the serving size of the side dishes. I will definitely eat at this establishment again.

All of their food is so so good!!! I love eating there for lunch and for dinner!!! My children and their kids loves to eat their as well. My favorite is the catfish with their awesome tiger sauce. And let's not forget about their collard greens, corn bread, and crawfish et ta fa.I know I didn't spell the last word correct, but it's so good. I mean hmm hmm good. And the bread pudding that they give you with your meal. Hold on, I'm about to go there now!!!

Absolutely trash!!!! The gumbo was nasty and the fact they put all that sausage in there is the nastiest part with little shrimp on top of wrapping a cup with HOT juice filled to the top ..... use to be my favorite place now I’ll never go here again .... & the dessert and as just as worse 0/10 this should be called rice water with sausage and shrimp because it doesn’t have crab or chicken....

Food was delicious but dining area is small and in need of repairs. Probably go for take out next time.
