Fuego Taco Birria Bistro is a must-try spot with amazing and authentic Mexican food. The staff is attentive and the service is top-notch. The birria tacos are a must-have, and the flavor profiles are excellent. Even after multiple visits, the quality of food and service remained consistently impressive. While it's a shame they're closed on weekends, the overall experience makes it worth visiting during the week.
