It’s hard to expect a lot from a chilis as it’s a chain restaurant, so my husband and I didn’t go anticipating anything special but boy was that a pre judgment. We walked in and the hostess sat us so fast and she was so sweet. Then our server came to greet us and she was so sweet and amazing. She made sure we didn’t have any mistakes with our food or our service! I am so thankful we went because we had the best experience!! Thank you Cass for making our night a great one!!...
Place was about empty and it took 5 minutes before I was served a drink sitting at an empty bar. Employees were chatting with visiting friends and blocked the entrance and scoffed at me when I said Excuse me, can I please go inside..... I will not be going back.
We came in with a large group on a Sunday at lunch. They were able to seat us with 20 minutes our server was amazing and the food was perfect! Even though they were super busy there was zero lack of attention to our group. Cups were always filled and there was a big smile on our servers face.
