Warm, savory, subtly sweet—a doughy embrace around a perfectly seasoned dog. I’m pretty sure I saw a beam of light hit the tray as they handed it over. It’s that good.

Will I drive 30 minutes each way just for a kolache? Yes. Will I pretend it’s “for the family” while eating one in the car before I get home? Also yes.

The donuts? Excellent. My family devoured them and demanded more.

But for me, this place is now a kolache shrine. Five stars and one extremely satisfied non-sweets guy.“

They also have a good variety of drinks in a 2-door cooler. My favorite thing to eat that the wife recommended was the CRO-NUT it is a croissant doughnut and it's sooo freaking good. The owner is extremely pleasant and the donuts are amazing. opening at 3:30 in the morning is such a plus when you have to work so early I’m definitely coming again.. The kolaches taste good but I was craving another variety. The old fashioned donuts were very very sweet. they were delicious but holy heck so sweet.
