Very rude lady at drive thru window at around 4:50 pm June 11th. Soda all over drinks as they were handed to me and got my hands sticky. No thank you have a good day or anything. I felt rushed as I was ordering as well. Good food but bad experience

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER, Mayra (At least that’s the name on the receipt). I asked for a certain meal, I got the price for a different meal at the window, after POLITELY asking to change my order, I was continuously given attitude and having the window closed in my face without a chance to talk. After being handed my food, the window was closed without any words. I sat there so I could get napkins, and got a “are you missing something” with attitude from her. At that point I confronted her by asking why she was giving me so much attitude when I was being polite and cordial, and that it was just a misunderstanding of what order I asked for. I got nothing by from her but more snarky/rude comments.

Waited for a long time at the windows then told to pull into a parking spot to continue to wait. Finally went inside to get my order. Got home and opened the box and all the wings were the size of my pinky. Looked almost burned but not warm and too hard to bite into. Wasnt able to request my money back before they closed but I'll be there when they open tomorrow

Customer service was the poorest ever in all the restaurants I have been to in my whole life! Employee and Manager were very rude to my niece! Portion of the order was not included in the bag and she had to go back in. When she advised them what the problem was my niece was accused of lying about not receiving the full order. The manager insisted it was all there! My niece even offered to pay again for the portion of the order not included as she was tired of the back and forth. The manager than said, “ I’ll do it this time”
The manager held the bag and demanded my niece repeated after her “ I understand” before handing her the bag! My niece is not a kid, she is a woman in her 30’s with 3 children! That manager needs to watch out who she’s RUDE to because she will talk that way to the RIGHT person one day and they will put her in her place.
I vow to NEVER step foot in a Golden Chick anywhere because of this incident and I’m from Texas with a big family here and Oklahoma!

After standing in line and it was my turn to go up to the register. I was just completely ignored. Stood there for over 5 minutes until someone even acknowledged my existence. As I stood there I witnessed the employees be completely rude to each other and had no clue what team wojrk is and when I was helped although the guy was super nice to me. It was clear that he hated his job And fellow employees. The food was gross Md we All felt sick after we ate.

They're a shadow of what they used to be. Instead of getting a box with a ton of whatever side you choose and a good amount of gravy, you get a plastic container with a handful (an infant's hand) of your side and a tiny bit of gravy that spills out all over your food. I used to come here weekly, now it has been months since I've been here last.

I ordered fish/shrimp. The shrimp was good but they CREMATED the fish!! There was no fish flesh just hard fried dredge! It was so disappointing when you expected good fried catfish and you get hard fried cornmeal. At least al LJS LongJohnSilvers you getting bite into fish flesh. My gosh. Never again.

Golden chick is so ridiculous they won’t even give you the proper condiments for your meal don’t go there they’re gonna charge you $.10 per extra pack I have got a half a dozen of rolls and they only gave me two packs of honey and said that it’s gonna be $.10 for an extra pack after I have a half dozen of rolls they won’t give you packets for your meat either so don’t support them I’m definitely not going back and I have spent a lot of money with these people……. Food is not good, now the 23rd location is hands down the best in Okc.

My family and I have been eating here at least 1x a week for about a year now . The past few times , we haven't been receiving all of our food and our last visit the chicken wasn't even cooked. I left a bad review after this last visit and received a very generic response from management . I responded to management online . This morning I received a call from someone claiming to be the General Manager . This guy was super rude and basically called me a liar and tried to talk over me the entire time I was talking . He then handed the phone off to someone who obviously does his job better than him and they offered me a free meal . I didn't want any free food from this location after so many bad experiences so I declined . I have never felt so disrespected by someone before , I will not be going back to Golden Chick!! I hope they find a replacement for this rude GM they have up there . I will be reaching out to the BBB!
