45 minutes to get my order through the drive through. This was the last time I go to this location. They were not prepared to have people come in and order food on a Tuesday night over two hours before closing when I got in line at 7:15 pm.

The tenders were extra small and the fries were Luke warm. I called to speak to the manager and she tells me to bring the food back up there. I live 20 minutes out of the area. She should have done the right thing and made it right. Other restaurants won’t even take the food back. They just REPLACE THE FOOD! I spent over $40 so money isn’t the issue. Your customer service is a joke!

I ordered a family meal half and half. But I received all baked except 1piece. Called to tell them about it and the Manager was rude and condescending. I wouldn’t recommend going to the Midwest City location.
Just went to pick up a mobile and after waiting for damn near 40 mins they make my wife go inside where they forgot about her for another 20 mins my wife had to remind them she was there and they gave attitude. Then finally the food comes and shocker they forgot the overpriced sandwich so she had to wait even longer and then we finally get home and eat and DAMN WRONG ORDER dont go here they suck and clearly dgaf

Very rude lady at drive thru window at around 4:50 pm June 11th. Soda all over drinks as they were handed to me and got my hands sticky. No thank you have a good day or anything. I felt rushed as I was ordering as well. Good food but bad experience

EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER, Mayra (At least that’s the name on the receipt). I asked for a certain meal, I got the price for a different meal at the window, after POLITELY asking to change my order, I was continuously given attitude and having the window closed in my face without a chance to talk. After being handed my food, the window was closed without any words. I sat there so I could get napkins, and got a “are you missing something” with attitude from her. At that point I confronted her by asking why she was giving me so much attitude when I was being polite and cordial, and that it was just a misunderstanding of what order I asked for. I got nothing by from her but more snarky/rude comments.

Waited for a long time at the windows then told to pull into a parking spot to continue to wait. Finally went inside to get my order. Got home and opened the box and all the wings were the size of my pinky. Looked almost burned but not warm and too hard to bite into. Wasnt able to request my money back before they closed but I'll be there when they open tomorrow
